Michael Lee

Michael Lee is the pastor of the English congregation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible Theology, a Master of Divinity, and a Certification in TESOL, all from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. Michael served as the English Pastor at a Lutheran Church in Naperville, IL for seven years before joining North Shore Chinese Christian Church. He is a co-founder and Board Chair of a mission organization dedicated to educating, equipping, and empowering African & Asian Natives for life and ministry. Michael and his wife Esther have two daughters, Ava and Gwenyth.

Kinfun Wong

Kinfun Wong is the pastor of the Chinese congregation. He holds a Bachelor of Science (State University of New York at Buffalo), a Master of Science (Ohio State University), a Master of Divinity (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), and is currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Kinfun is an ordained minister of the Christian Reformed Church in North America, who served in churches in Chicago and San Jose, California for 16 years before joining North Shore Chinese Christian Church. He is married to Ruth and they have a son Jonathan.

Lindsay Herman

Lindsay Herman is the part-time Children Ministry Director. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible (Philadelphia College of Bible), a Christian Education Diploma (Evangelical Teachers Training Association), and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School). She was Assistant Dean of Women for 3 years at Philadelphia College of Bible and has served in the field of Christian Education in various capacities for over 30 years. Lindsay and her husband David have three children, Luke, Deanna and Geoffrey.
