Growth Groups

Growth groups are an important part of building community and nurturing spiritual growth at NSCCC. They are small gatherings of eight to twelve members that meet to seek gospel transformation and to be the presence of Christ in their communities and spheres of influence. Growth groups meet on average two to four times a month for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, worship and accountability, as well as outreach and community service activities.

The 2011 growth groups are as follows:

Libertyville/Waukegan

This group meets in Libertyville and is led by Lloyd & Amy Lam and Chris Woon. Meetings are at 4:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month.

Vernon Hills

This group meets in Vernon Hills and is led by Andy and Anita Baw. Meetings are at 8:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.

Glenview

This group meets in Glenview and is led by Mark & Jackie Childs and Patty Yang. Meetings are at 7:30 PM on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.

Men's Group

This men-only group meets in Glenview and Lincolnshire and is led by Mark Childs and Jeff Huang. Meetings are 7:30 PM on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
