Teachers Needed: The Children's Ministry needs a teacher for the first and second grade Sunday School class beginning in December. Please see Angel Lee for more information.

3-on-3 Bball Tournament: The 1st official NSCCC 3v3 basketball tournament will be a fun way to come together in healthy basketball competition while raising funds for the new fellowship hall. This event will be on Saturday, December 9, 1-5pm.Up to 4 players per team, cost: $20 per team with all funds going to the FHK Remodeling Fund. For more information, please contact Jonathan Wong at jonathanzwong@gmail.com.

Save the Date: NSCCC will once again host a first night celebration on December 31. Mark you calendar and plan to join us for worship and fellowship as we ring in the new year.

Pastor Mike’s Ordination: The ordination service for Pastor Mike’s appointment to interdominational pastoral ministry will be held on Sunday, November 19th, at 4:00 pm here at our church. Children are welcome and refreshments will be served following the service.

FHK Renovation Status:
Staalsen has begun work on the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen Renovation. For safety purposes, please do not enter the portion of the lower level that is currently a construction zone. We are just over 90% of the way to our goal of raising $110,000. Please let us know if you have any concerns, and continue to pray for God’s hand in this project.

Baptism and Church Membership: Have you put your trust in Jesus and wonder what it means to be baptized? Have you been with our church for some time and wonder what becoming a member is about? If any of this is on your mind for yourself or perhaps someone else you know, Pastor Mike and Tommy Koo would love to get in touch with you. Feel free to approach one of them after service today.

Music Ministry Service Opportunities: We have an immediate need for help running the sound board on Sundays, but we are also looking for people to serve with projection and music. Training will be provided, so experience isn’t necessary. Please contact Conrad Loh for more details.

Benevolence Fund: The Deacons recently disbursed money from the church Benevolence Fund to help some members of NSCCC who are in financial need. The Benevolence Fund is a special pool of money outside of our Church Budget maintained by generous donations from our church members. If you are led to give to this fund in order to restore it to our target balance of $2,000, please write “Benevolence Fund” in the memo line of your check. We ask that donations to this fund be in addition to your regular tithes and offerings, not a replacement.
