Ingredients and instructions

Dumpling recipe

2 lbs ground pork
2 TBS cornstarch
1 can chicken broth
1 bunch green onions – finely chopped
1 slice of ginger finely chopped
2 TBS soy sauce
½ tps salt
½ tps black or white pepper
1 TBS sesame oil
2 14 oz packages of dumpling Shanghai style skins (Twin Marquis)

Mix all ingredients together and stir well for 5 min. Let sit for 20 min and stir more.

Can microwave sample of filling and adjust to taste.

Each package/lb of meat makes about 40-45 dumplings, so 80-90 dumplings with full recipe.

Can freeze dumplings on tray and then move to bags once frozen.

To fry:
Pour oil in not-stick frying pan, enough to cover bottom (1-2 TBS?). Put in dumplings before oil is hot and then add enough water to cover bottom or ¼ way up dumpling. Cover pan and use high heat. When water is evaporated, remove cover and fry until bottoms are browned.

May make a sauce to enhance flavor or just use soy sauce.
